Beth and Ryan have a fairly evenly split business between buyer and seller clients. However, understanding the needs of buyers and sellers is very different.

For buyers, Beth and Ryan strive to understand the goals of the buyer: budget, timing, wants and needs and other factors play an important role.

For sellers, Beth and Ryan focus ensuring their clients home shows the best it can for listing day. Our job is to ensure that we provide all relevant information to potential buyers and buyers agents, in order to receive the best offers. It's a key reason why we've sold every home we've ever listed!

In Guelph, the standard market commission rate is 5%. This means 2.5% of the sale price goes to the listing agent, and 2.5% of the sale price goes to the buying agent. HST is applicable on real estate commission.

Our commission rate is a full service model- meaning, there are no hidden "extra fees" or add ons. EVERYTHING is included from staging, to photos, and floorplans. Beth and Ryan have some of the best marketing in town and it's also included in the commission rate.

If you're a buyer, there is generally not a fee to work with Beth and Ryan- they get paid by the seller of the house you buy.
