Clairfields / Hanlon Business Park

When Beth and Ryan were younger, the intersection of Clair Rd and Gordon St was considered “out of town”. It wasn’t much more than fields and the Pergola Inn, known for it’s mini golf, arcade and batting cages. Now, it’s Guelph’s most recent mega-development.

With restaurants, grocery stores and movie theatre Clairfields has truly become a complete neighbourhood unto itself. Part of the popularity is the easy access to the 401 just a few minutes down the road for commuters.

There are a wide variety of home styles here, and they are still building: from condo town homes, detached smaller foot print, 3-4 bedroom 1800 sf homes and estate homes pushing the $1 million dollar mark.
