March 12, 2021: Guelph inventory at 131 unconditional single family residential homes. Although this number is still historically low it’s a 400% increase over the beginning of 2021.

By end of day today, there was a 2021 high of 117 single family residential homes on the market 🏡. More supply = more choice for buyers = more reasonable prices.
