Beth and Ryan Waller are long time Guelphites- growing up in Guelph before moving away to other parts of Canada to grow their professional careers before becoming Realtors. After starting to raise a family, they realized their tiny Toronto condo just wouldn’t do- so they sold it and moved back to Guelph.
After a successful 20 year corporate career in advertising agencies, marketing departments and most recently as a member of the Sales Leadership Team of a major international consumer packaged goods company, as a result Ryan decided it was time to move on.
And so, this work experience is unique to the real estate industry providing a different perspective that his clients view as a refreshing change. Ryan started in real estate in 2015 and has a strong business of referrals, as well as an unmatched marketing plan.
Over a 10 year period, Beth stayed home to raise their three daughters. As a result, she achieved a major goal in her life- something she’s always wanted to do. And: there is a whole new level of negotiation and sales skills (along with marketing!) required with young children, which Beth has mastered. Getting back into the workforce in 2018, she joined Ryan and her skillset qualities have made an immediate impact.
So, together they work with their amazing admin, Emma and Rachel! They keep us organized and on top of things to ensure our clients get what they need.
