Where is Grange Road?

The Grange Road area is on the east side of Victoria Rd in Guelph. Although it has exploded in residential development over the last 25 years, there were some homes in this area built in the mid 1970’s.  

This is the furthest east neighbourhood in Guelph- at the moment, this neighbourhood is on the east boundary with Guelph-Eramosa township.

Neighbouring areas to Grange Road

If you like Grange Rd, but want other options:

Victoria North is the north east corner of Guelph and has similar style homes. There are also newer, more expensive homes here.

Clairfields is south of Grange Rd and the most southern area of Guelph. It is a newer area with higher average prices.

Types of homes in Grange Road

Grange Rd is densely populated with townhomes and semi-detached, along with detached homes. The demographic of this area skews to younger, first time buyers

Amenities of Grange Road

In terms of amenities, living in this part of Guelph will require transportation as there are few amenities within walking distance. 

The area does have some great trails and parks in Guelph
