When Beth and Ryan were younger, this part of Guelph felt like it was “out of town.” The area was largely fields, with the old Pergola Inn remembered for its mini golf, arcade and batting cages. Today, Clairfields has developed into a substantial residential community surrounded by restaurants, shopping and services.
Convenient Highway 401 access makes it appealing to commuters, while south-end roads provide connections across the city. The variety of homes and amenities makes Clairfields attractive to buyers at different stages of life.
