Where is Kortright east?
Located on the East side of Gordon St to Victoria Rd, Kortright East has a lot of what people living in Guelph are looking for. It has a lot of what it’s other Kortright siblings have- larger homes on spacious lots built in the 1980’s and 90’s. If you’re looking for something a little newer, check out the neighbours to the south, Pineridge/ Westminster or Clairfields, like this house on Baxter
Neighbouring areas
Although the Village by the Arboretum (VBA) falls within this area, although it’s technically its own area. The VBA is a popular 55+ community within Guelph.
Kortright West is on the west side of Gordon St and features many of the same style of homes as Kortright East.
Pineridge/Westminster is just south and offer many family friendly options at slightly lesser prices.
Types of homes in Kortright East
Streets in Kortright East on the northern edge are slightly older (see Monticello Cres), but are newer as you get more south. This is a large neighbourhood and extends all the way south to Arkell Rd where there is still development happening. Styles range from modern condo townhouse developments to 3-4 bedroom family homes and luxury estate detached homes.
Amenities near Kortright East
Amenities are plentiful in this area, from easy access to the Stone Road Mall, to the shops at the Harvard Estates Plaza. A little further south is the Clair/ Gordon commercial developments.
