Where is Kortright Hills?
Kortright Hills is east of the Hanlon Expressway, between Stone Road and Downey Road in south Guelph. Beth grew up in this area, so it is a neighbourhood we know personally.
Developed mainly in the 1980s, Kortright Hills has a distinctive mix of large detached homes, garages and generous lots. Many homes back onto parks, ponds or wooded green space.
