Ryan and Beth helped us sell our home in Guelph and upgrade to another one a few blocks away in early 2020. They are both personable, responsive and knowledgeable about the Guelph market.

I think what I appreciated the most was that they were honest and transparent about everything, and communicated with us along the way. They answered our late night random questions whenever we thought of something we forgot to ask at an earlier meeting and they made the whole process very easy for us.
