Beth Waller, REALTOR®
Beth is a long time Guelphite who grew up in South Guelph by the YMCA in a house her parents built in the 1980's. After graduating as part of the final class from the "original Bishop Mac" downtown in 1995, she went on to Western University in London. Eventually, after obtaining her degree and meeting Ryan, Beth moved the Roncesvalles neighbourhood in Toronto with Ryan where they bought their first condo. After their first daughter was born, they moved to Guelph. Now, they consider Exhibition Park their home after 17 years and raising two more daughters.
Professionally, Beth has a long sales history going back to the years of selling schoolbooks door to door in Western Canada as a summer job while in University. Although gruelling work (oh, there are stories), this job taught resilience and determination that last a lifetime. Beth continued in sales roles at Royal Bank, Pearson Education and her final sales role at Dentsply Canada. In 2009, Beth decided to stay home to raise her daughters. In 2019, as Ryan's real estate business began to grow and their youngest daughter was in school, she chose to join him. As of 2024, they are the top husband and wife team in Guelph.
