When selling real estate, it’s imperative that you hire someone local. That’s why we have defined areas we service.

Despite the almost 90% of our real estate business being in Guelph, we do periodically service areas we are familiar with outside of Guelph.

Because real estate is such a localized business, we don’t normally handle business outside of these service areas. However, a number of our team members are more familiar with these areas. These include Milton, Brampton, Mississauga and Toronto.

Within Guelph, Beth and Ryan are quite familiar with all areas and Guelph neighbourhoods. This includes all areas from West Guelph, to Grange Rd and south Guelph.

We’re also quite familiar with older homes in the downtown areas, as well as the newer built homes in south Guelph.
